Who we are
This privacy policy applies to the AirTouch website operated for the New Zealand market by Polyaire Pty Ltd (ACN 007 673 690) (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
Information we collect
When you contact us, book a consult, register interest, or use our installer lookup tool, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode, and details you provide about your home or enquiry. Our website also automatically collects certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device information, and how you interact with our pages.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiries, connect you with an approved AirTouch installer in your area, and improve our products and services. Where you request an installer referral, your contact details and enquiry information will be shared with the relevant approved installer so they can follow up with you directly. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
How we may share your information
In addition to installer referrals described above, we may disclose your personal information: to our New Zealand distributor, Smooth Air Products Ltd, where reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry or support the services described in this policy (and subject to the proviso that Smooth Air Products Ltd undertakes to us to comply with the terms of this privacy policy as if all references to “we”, “us” and “our” were references to Smooth Air Products Ltd); to third-party service providers who help us operate this website and manage enquiries, including our website hosting, content management and customer relationship management providers; to our related companies where reasonably necessary to support the services described in this policy; to regulators, law enforcement bodies, government agencies or courts where required by law or to exercise, establish or defend our legal rights; and to an actual or potential buyer (and its advisers) in connection with an actual or proposed purchase, merger or acquisition of any part of our business.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Google Analytics collects information including your IP address, device and browser details, and how you navigate our pages. This data is processed by Google and may be stored on servers outside New Zealand. By using our site, you consent to this processing. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect how some parts of the site function. Offshore data transfers
Some of the personal information we collect may be stored or processed outside New Zealand, including through our use of Google Analytics and other third-party service providers. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled in a manner consistent with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. This includes secure data storage practices and limiting access to your information to those who need it to carry out their responsibilities.
How long we keep your information
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Where you ask us to delete your information, or it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected, we will delete it or take steps to de-identify it, subject to the retention periods applied by the third-party systems we use to manage enquiries.

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to request a correction if you believe it is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. To make a request, please get in touch using the contact details below and we will respond within 20 working days.
