Can I transfer my device ownership to different users?

Currently, direct ownership transfer between accounts is not supported in the AirTouch Beam system.

To assign the device to a different user:

1. Factory reset the device.

2. The new user can then add the device to their own account or location via the AirTouch app.

Factory resetting the device will erase all existing settings and remove it from the original account.
