If you didn’t receive the verification email after registering for an AirTouch Beam account, there are a few possible reasons. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

Common Reasons and Solutions

  1. Incorrect Email Address

    • Double-check that you entered the correct email address during registration.

    • Typos or incorrect domain names (e.g., "@gamil.com" instead of "@gmail.com") are common causes for failed email delivery.

  2. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

    • Sometimes, verification emails may be automatically routed to your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.

  3. Verification Link Expired

    • The verification email is valid for 24 hours only.

    • If the link has expired, you’ll need to restart the registration process and request a new verification email.
