Why does 'Insights' data not display correctly?

If the Insights data in your AirTouch Beam app isn’t displaying correctly or appears incomplete, try the following steps:

1. Refresh the Screen

Navigate back to the Home screen, then reopen the Insights section. The app may need a moment to refresh and load all usage data properly.

2. Check Your Internet Connection

A stable internet connection is required for the app to retrieve Insights data from the server.

  • Ensure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi or has a strong mobile data signal.

  • If the connection is weak or interrupted, the data may not load correctly.
