How do I reset my AirTouch Beam?

You can perform a factory reset on your AirTouch Beam either manually via the device or remotely through the app. A reset will erase all settings and restore the device to its default factory state.

Option 1: Reset via the AirTouch Beam Device

1. Locate the reset button on the AirTouch Beam.

2. Press and hold the reset button for approximately 8 seconds.

3. The LED indicator will blink red, confirming that the reset has started.

Option 2: Reset via the AirTouch Beam App

1. Ensure the device is connected to the internet.

2. Open the AirTouch Beam app.

3. Go to Settings > Devices.

4. Select your AirTouch Beam device.
