How do I restart my AirTouch Beam?

If your AirTouch Beam is not functioning as expected, a quick restart may resolve the issue.

Restarting Your AirTouch Beam

To restart the device:

  1. Unplug the AirTouch Beam from the power source.

  2. Wait for 5 seconds.

  3. Plug the device back in.

What to Expect During Startup

  • The LED will blink white, indicating the device is powering on and attempting to connect to the internet.

  • Once the device has successfully connected to the cloud, the LED will turn off, indicating that the AirTouch Beam is ready for use.

A restart does not erase any settings or data. It simply reboots the device.
