Check That the Beam is Powered On
Ensure your AirTouch Beam is properly powered using a correct USB cable that provides enough power. Faulty or low-power cables may prevent the device from functioning properly. -
Confirm the Beam is in Pairing Mode

The LED should be blinking cyan.

If the LED is not blinking, try power cycling the device (unplug and plug back in).

Ensure Wi-Fi is Stable
Make sure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
