Check Power and Connectivity

Ensure the AirTouch Beam is powered on and securely connected.

Confirm that it is connected to a working Wi-Fi network.

Check Line of Sight to the AC Unit

The device must have a clear line-of-sight to your air conditioning unit to function correctly.

Obstructions such as furniture or walls may interfere with the IR signal.

Look for the Blue LED Indicator

When a command is sent from the app, the device should blink blue, indicating it's actively transmitting to the AC.

If the light does not blink, the device may not be receiving the command or is experiencing connectivity issues.

Restart the Device
