A continuously blinking red LED on your AirTouch Beam typically indicates either:

  • A device error, or

  • A reset process currently in progress

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Restart the device:
    Unplug it from the power source, wait 5 seconds, then plug it back in.

  2. Check for consistent power supply:
    Ensure the device is plugged into the original USB power adapter provided, as insufficient power can cause errors.

  3. Still blinking?
